FGS Healthcare began its journey as Fertility & Genetic Services (Pvt) Ltd. in Islamabad, Pakistan, in 1988. Founded by Dr. Salma Kafeel and Dr. Kafeel Qureshi, both trained in the UK, the mission was clear: deliver world-class reproductive care to a region that lacked access.
Driven by compassion and excellence, FGS became Pakistan’s first Assisted Reproductive Technique (ART) clinic, pioneering fertility care in the country. Over time, the centre expanded to offer a wide range of services including:

Mashal Kafeel Qureshi
Mashal is a qualified medical professional and the heart behind FGS Healthcare’s UK operations. She holds an MSc in Sexual & Reproductive Medicine (University of South Wales) and is CREST-trained in IVF. With VTCT certifications in Level 3 Beauty Therapy and Level 4 Laser & IPL Treatments, Mashal combines clinical precision with a passion for aesthetics, helping clients achieve their goals from the inside out.

Eman Niazi
With dual Master’s degrees — in Clinical Psychology (Punjab University) and Clinical Social Work (NYU) — and over 6 years of hands-on experience. Her training at the Albert Ellis Institute and other institutions ensures clients receive compassionate, globally recognised mental health support.
